University of Adelaide Pride Club

This service is run by University of Adelaide, Adelaide University Union

Pride is the social club for all University of Adelaide students who identify as LGBTQIA+, queer, gender or sexually diverse or questioning; everyone has a place with us and is warmly welcomed! Pride organises regular free casual afternoon teas for members as well as quiz nights, information panels and larger events in collaboration with other Adelaide clubs and queer societies from other universities. We are not an activist group but we do openly support the advancement of rights for members of our community. The Rainbow Room (level 6 Union House) is also available as a community hub for LGBTQIA+, queer and questioning students. It is a great place to study, socialise and get support from like-minded peers. Pride proudly maintains the room and equipment on behalf students but you definitely do not need to be a Pride member to use the room or join our discord server! Check us out on Facebook to keep up with all our events!
